Kerb appeal is huge and if a buyer feels comfortable walking up to your front door in the first instance that’s some of the battle won already. In some instances we may recommend you have a home stager come in and advise you for a couple of hours on how to perfectly present your home.
All our photographs are taken by a professional photographer and our floorplans are details and always include outside spaces (gardens and terraces) which we have noticed not all agents do!
